AhlulBayt News Agency - At least 10 people have been killed by a suicide bomber at a mosque in northern Cameron, officials in the Far North region have said.
Nigerian militant group Boko Haram have recently stepped up terror attacks in neighbouring Cameron, Chad and Niger since last year.
Several attacks in Cameroon have been carried out by women, Reuters reports.
